About me
MY STORY
For over a decade, I have worked closely with artists, collectives and creative entrepreneurs in different contexts and across multiple continents. I have accompanied them through complex creative and strategic processes with a systemic, relational approach — as a coach, creative entrepreneur, artist relations lead, strategist and long-term sparring partner.
Living and working with creatives in Ghana, Madagascar and Uganda has been a profound source of my vision. Witnessing how artists and creative entrepreneurs build community, preserve culture and drive social change deeply moved me and transformed my understanding of what art can do, and how powerful it becomes when it is well supported. During this time, my vision and the foundation for my non-profit organization taswira connects cultures e.V. @taswira_academy was born.
WHY I DO THIS
I believe in the transformative power of art and I’m dedicated to supporting visionary artists in their journey towards success for mutual understanding, peace-building, and creating a sustainable world. What moves me is the conviction that creativity is a central force for social change. Beyond expression, art is a tool through which power relations can be made visible, questioned and shifted.
Artists shape narratives, create space for other perspectives and keep memories alive that are often marginalized within existing structures. Their work influences, reflects and questions how we understand society and what futures we consider possible.
When artists are strengthened in their clarity, their resources and their self-leadership, their work can extend far beyond individual projects. It can shift discourse, challenge structures and create lasting cultural and societal impact. Their work becomes a multiplier for resilience, healing and systemic impact.

This belief, developed through my experiences is what led me to initiate taswira connects cultures e.V. and taswira academy in 2018. My aim with this organization was, and continues to be, to support African and diasporic artists in becoming more independent, building strong brands and accessing the resources so they can realize their visions on their own terms and act as agents of change.
My coaching grows from this perspective. I support visionary artists and creative entrepreneurs in expanding their capacities, not only to sustain their practice, but to amplify their role as leaders, storytellers and catalysts for change. By strengthening their brand, structures and independence, their vision gains the space it needs to move from intention into lived reality.
My perspective on artists & how i work
Many of the artists and creative leaders I work with move across multiple disciplines and roles at once and think and work in a naturally multidimensional way. They create, lead, curate, initiate, and build communities.
Their challenge is to translate this complexity into a clear creative brand and global positioning, and to communicate it in a way that attracts the right people, opportunities, and long-term partnerships for their next level.
I believe that artists and creative entrepreneurs already carry their path within them. My role is to create a clear, supportive space in which that inner knowing can become more visible and actionable, so they can pursue their goals with clarity. I work as a sparring partner who helps them sharpen their vision and move it step by step into execution.

I combine systemic coaching methods with a precise, strategic consulting approach, that helps them cut through the noise and see their creative vision, their brand, and their strategic options more clearly. This process brings hidden patterns and blind spots into view, so decisions can be made with greater confidence, clarity, and strategic grounding.
What I consistently observe is a shared aspiration: to remain creatively free while building structures that make their work and their brand more resilient, self-sustaining, and less dependent on individual platforms, marketplaces, gatekeepers, or any single income stream. They know that a strong artistic identity alone is not enough.
Brand, positioning, and financial strategy need to evolve alongside their artistic development and entrepreneurial growth. For me, the goal is always clarity without flattening complexity. I support artists and creative entrepreneurs in building systems that hold their vision and allow them to grow with greater stability and autonomy, so they can move forward with more focus, alignment, and freedom.
This also means consciously shaping their narratives and maintaining ownership over their story. For me, a personal artist brand is an embodied alignment of vision, values, and impact.
My Coaching approach
where vision meets strategy
As a founder myself, I understand the pressure that comes with this stage of growth. The responsibility of carrying a vision that is bigger than a single project. The complexity of making decisions that affect not only one’s own career, but often communities, collaborators and broader ecosystems.
My coaching grows directly from this perspective. I support visionary artists and creative entrepreneurs in expanding their capacities, not only to sustain their practice, but to strengthen their role as storytellers, cultural leaders and catalysts for change.
In my work with artists and organizations, we bring alignment between artistic identity, brand strategy and a more resilient, self-sustaining financial foundation that supports your vision and creative freedom, while reducing dependence on individual platforms, funding, marketplaces, gatekeepers, or any single income stream. Together, we: refine how your work is positioned and communicated strengthen the foundation of your brand so it can support multiple income streams, collaborations and opportunities create clarity around how your vision can unfold sustainably, beyond short-term cycles or external dependencies

At your level, growth becomes less about exposure and more about integration:
how to translate a complex artistic identity into a clear, legible brand how to build independence beyond single income streams or platform dependencies how to create structures that allow your work to expand across formats, collaborations and geographies while you remain clear, grounded, and aligned. This is where my work begins.
In my 1:1, we work with the vision you already feel. We sharpen it, define it and translate it into something that can be embodied and clearly communicated. We do this in a way that strengthens your inner stability, clarity, and decision-making under pressure. This holistic process connects artistic identity, brand, positioning and strategic direction so your next level becomes tangible and legible, both to you and to the outside world.
If your work is ready to evolve and you are looking for a sparring partner who understands artistic complexity, strategic clarity and long-term growth, you are in the right place here.
